GRAPH Supports NVM’s Exit of Pareto Facilities Management to Pictet Alternative Advisors

GRAPH is pleased to have provided Vendor Commercial Due Diligence (VCDD) for NVM Private Equity’s successful sale of its investment in Pareto Facilities Management to leading alternative investment firm Pictet Alternative Advisors, a division of the Swiss headquartered Pictet Group.

Pareto, a leader in the facilities management sector, has shown remarkable growth during its three-year partnership with NVM, tripling its revenue and increasing its team from 141 to 509 members today.

James Tetherton, Senior Partner at GRAPH Strategy, said: “It was fantastic to work with NVM on the successful sale of its stake in Pareto Facilities Management. Pareto’s exceptional growth has in large part been driven by its commitment to using ESG principles to create significant differentiation and sustainable competitive advantage in the market. We are proud to continue building our expertise in the property sector and look forward to working together with both teams again soon.”

Andrew Hulbert, Vice Chair and Founder at Pareto, praised GRAPH's contribution: “GRAPH provided essential support to us on this investment, delivering strategic market insights that helped to make the deal a success. The team were able to back up their logical findings with detailed research and thoughtful recommendations.

“James and the team have a strong understanding of our business and the facilities management market and a great track record for delivering exceptional commercial work. They proved to be a very important partner and advisor to us throughout the deal process.”

GRAPH's involvement in this transaction underscores our deep expertise in the property sector. Earlier this year, GRAPH supported Lonsdale Capital Partners during its investment in tech-enabled property consultancy service provider GIA.

The GRAPH team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton (Senior Partner) and James Balgarnie working alongside David Rolfe from NVM and Andrew Hulbert from Pareto.
