GRAPH completed Commercial Due Diligence supporting Lime Rock New Energy (LRNE) in its investment in GroundWork Renewables. GroundWork is a provider of utility-scale solar meteorological, or “MET,” equipment and services to project developers, financing partners, Engineering, Procurement and Construction services (“EPC”) providers, and project owners across North America in order to provide necessary ground level data to secure financing and optimize plant performance of utility scale solar projects.
GRAPH’s involvement leverages the firm’s experience in renewables and industrial products and services. The GRAPH team was led by Senior Partners Jeff Merkle and Mark Stein, and Director Eoghan Bees.
