GRAPH Supports Apadmi as It Secures Investment from CBPE to Accelerate Growth

GRAPH has provided Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) to Apadmi, the fast growing digital products company with a mobile specialism, as it secures a minority investment from private equity investor CBPE.

Headquartered in Manchester and founded in 2009, Apadmi delivers complex mobile solutions for leading brands such as BBC, NHS, Dominos, Co-op, Charles Stanley, Sykes Cottages, and many more.

The company provides a comprehensive range of digital product services, including strategy, design, mobile development, back and front-end development, as well as ongoing support, maintenance and optimisation.

CBPE’s investment will be used to support the company’s continued expansion in the UK, Europe and beyond, as well as help the existing management team capitalise on their rapid growth.

The GRAPH team was led by James Tetherton and Matt Harrison working alongside Garry Partington from Apadmi.

GRAPH carried out a comprehensive commercial due diligence study that involved evaluating the size of Apadmi’s global market opportunity, quantifying growth rates and key market drivers, and providing a detailed assessment of Apadmi’s competitive position and key differentiators.

James Tetherton, Senior Partner at GRAPH Strategy, said: “We’ve known Garry and the team at Apadmi for a number of years and it’s impressive to see how they’ve developed the business.

“The mobile sector is a really exciting opportunity right now and Apadmi have established themselves as a leader in the space with an outstanding reputation amongst their clients. We’re excited to see the business continue to grow and develop.”

Garry Partington, Apadmi CEO and Co-Founder, said: "We have a strong relationship with GRAPH and we were delighted to work alongside James and the team as they provided us with commercial due diligence.

"GRAPH’s expertise in the technology space, as well as their analysis and insights, were incredibly valuable during the whole process as we secured investment from CBPE."

This latest work builds upon GRAPH’s extensive track record in the technology services sector, having previously supported companies in digital transformation, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and systems implementation.
